Tabber Edit

You were the one that warned us about the tab view problem with google. Does the "Tabber" extension have the same problem? If not I think I might try it out, both here and elsewhere. Osetc 17:16, October 24, 2009 (UTC)

Sorry, I'm not familiar with that extension... What is it? -- Danny@fandom (talk) 17:24, October 24, 2009 (UTC)
Essentially the same as tab view, but it doesn't require that the page is split into multiple pages, and if there is no JS, it falls back to "stacking" the tabs atop each other. Osetc 17:27, October 24, 2009 (UTC)
Unfortunately, I don't know. One thing that I know, if this helps, is that Google recommends that you don't use more than 100 links on a page. (Right now, the Flu Wiki main page has 125.) If the Tabber extension encourages you to add more links on the main page, then it's probably not a great idea. Here's a link for Google's Design and content guidelines; it's a good starting point! -- Danny@fandom (talk) 17:32, October 24, 2009 (UTC)
