Hi, welcome to Flu Wiki! Thanks for your edit to the Individuals page.

Please leave a message on my talk page if I can help with anything! -- Robin Patterson (Talk) 2009-04-29T13:23:09

You know that the above message was sent by a machine. This one is sent by electricity after being created by me. Welcome, friend! At last we have a govt specialist on board.

Much use of {{+wp}} and some of {{Wikipedia}}. I think there should be more of the latter. And there's a page listing US state Health Depts, which I thought should have its various paragraphs copied to individual state articles. Maybe Giki has something like that already?

It's past my bedtime. Catch you later. — Robin Patterson (Talk) 14:06, 29 April 2009 (UTC)

As I'm sure you are aware, a lot of people are turning to this wiki for information and advice. Using terms such as "crisis" and "emergency" is only going to cause panic and dilute the serious and useful information we're giving out. Also terms such as "mission" and "action force" are scary and confusing to the average user. I don't think many world governments are going to be using flu wiki as a serious diplomatic, medical or security tool, so let's aim this at the people that need our help and advice. I don't mean to disguise the value of your contributions, but could you just neutralise the language slightly? Hope that makes sense - Gboyers talk 20:48, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
