The fourth case in Germany -- a woman from Bavaria -- is the first case of a human-to-human infection inside the country. The infected person is a nurse who had contact with the 37-year old man from Regensburg (see above). Meanwhile she is healthy again.[1][2]

The Bavarian Health Ministry has confirmed that Germany has its first case of swine flu, saying tests showed a person in the vicinity of Regensburg had contracted the virus. [3]
According to news magazine Der Spiegel there are now three confirmed cases of swine flu inside Germany. All persons visited Mexico before. First case is a 22 year old woman from Hamburg, second case a man in his thirties mentioned in the paragraph above from Regensburg and the third case a 37-year old woman from Kulmbach.[4]
